Please note: Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your request may no longer be considered as the order may already have been processed. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, the refund will be made within 10 working days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. No refunds will be given for items that are used, worn, or damaged through normal use or mishandling. If you return an unreleased item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day time frame, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team must approve all returns before you send the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to ensure prompt processing.
Important: Any returns must be sent to our warehouse in China at the buyer's own expense. The address of the respective warehouse will be communicated to you after the cancellation has been notified.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of items damaged upon delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect the item. Once we confirm that the item is in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after successful processing, please contact your bank or financial institution.
We do not provide refunds for items that are used, worn or damaged through normal use or improper handling.
All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD) equal to the original purchase price. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.
Product-related concerns
We take product safety very seriously and advise our customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all instructions and safety precautions provided and all resources available on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury for which we will not be held liable - refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion. If you feel any discomfort while using our products, please stop using them immediately and contact us via our contact page. We are happy to help resolve any questions or concerns you may have.
Damaged items
We package our products carefully to avoid damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically damaged. Damage to the packaging during shipping (e.g. dented boxes) does not count as damage as long as the product itself is in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send us an email and include a clear photo of the damage and we will then check to see if a free replacement is possible. We will not issue refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or mishandling.
Shipping and Delivery
Although we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are beyond our control - this includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by the courier service, customs or other unforeseen circumstances in the shipping process. If you have any problems with the delivery, please contact the courier service directly. We accept no liability for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
